DIY Coffee Cart Made From Reclaimed Pallets

Standard cargo trailer from Amazon. Started with the basic Aosom Cargo Bike Trailer ….about a $100 with shipping, rated up to 160lbs.

Removed railing, added framing. taking the frame off was a must, I added a 1×2 boards which fit perfectly in the slots, then bolted the vertical “posts” so I could build and take apart into 4 separate panels.

continue the frame, now two sides are up.

adding reclaimed pallets, attached to the 1×2 “posts.

one panel down, panels coming together.

continued screwing the pallet wood to their posts to complete the panels, sides complete.

handpainted logo, GF painted the logo…looks nice.

set up at Bushwick Flea ready to sling some coffee.
